Its box-section structure, made from high-strength Hardox wear plate, offers an excellent balance of bending strength and light weight. The DIY KIT allows you to manufacture a professional-grade extension boom cost-effectively in your own workshop, providing a reliable and functional mechanical base for your project.

Hardox Frame Structure: The load-bearing frame of the boom is made entirely of high-strength Hardox wear steel. Finished weight approximately 400 kg [does not include the KK300 (300 kg) grapple].

Box Beam: 200 x 220 mm: Optimized beam dimensions and material thicknesses withstand harsh loads and heavy impacts.
Precise Laser-Cut Parts and Fitment: The parts feature pre-designed asymmetrical alignment tabs that position the components without separate assembly jigs, ensuring correct assembly as in all DDinno products.
Maintainability: The design optimizes the balance between service life and ease of maintenance to allow for the most efficient boom operation possible.
Ready Base for Hydraulics and Cabling: A protected cable trough with an energy chain provides the framework for a reliable hydraulic and cable setup (the KIT DOES NOT include instructions for hydraulic control).
