Energy Wood Grab (DDinnoKK 200)
The Energy Wood Grapple (DDinnoKK 200) is designed for 2-7 ton excavators. The jaw geometry has a D200mm opening for wood. The grab's foot and blade plate components are made of S10mm Hardox steel. Other components are made of S355 structural steel. The grab weighs approximately 150kg.
The plate components are laser-cut for precision, allowing for accurate alignment of parts using locating pins. All turned components of the grapple
are made from commercially available IKH pre-fabricated blanks, making it possible to manufacture the grab without a metal lathe.
The DDinnoKK 200 is functionally very similar to its larger sibling, the DDinnoKK 300. The construction can be studied in detail in the manufacturing drawings at the end of this page.

Procedure:
- DD innovations Oy sells a BUILDING KIT to a customer
- DD innovations Oy orders the laser-cut parts from a laser cutting service
- Upon placing the order, I will connect the customer and the cutting service to agree on payment and delivery. The customer pays for the parts directly to the cutting service.
The final cutting prices will be determined during the quote phase before the cutting process. If the customer does not accept the quote/cutting price, DD innovations Oy will refund the money of the BUIDING-KIT.
